Antonio Fernández

CEO & Co-Founder

Antonio is a senior executive with expertise in international hospitality projects vaunting a leading role in strategic advice at top management level. With more than 25 years of experience in hotel project development, he has opened more than 150 hotels, managing all architecture and engineering activities on multi­ million investment plans around the world.

Sara Valdivieso

COO & Co-Founder

Sara is a hotel operations executive specialized in management, new openings, repositioning and team leadership. With more than 15 years of experience in top management roles, Sara has worked for hotel companies as an international representative in Spain and ltaly, where she acquired an excellent knowledge of the ltalian hotel industry.

Lorenzo Papini

Project Manager Engineer

Lorenzo is a highly qualified Project and Construction Engineer with wide experience in execution of high-quality works. Since he joined Unique in 2022, he has acquired further specific skills in Hotel Projects as well as Technical Due Diligence for Asset Acquisitions. Lorenzo is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish.

Michael Schlax

Construction Specialist

Michael is a Construction Specialist with extensive experience in Hotel Projects. He excels in Site Management, particularly in Refurbishment Projects that require phased execution while ensuring the hotel remains operational. His expertise in Quality Control and Work Planning further ensures the successful delivery of every project.

Andrea Arpino

Construction Specialist

Andrea Arpino is a seasoned Construction Specialist with extensive experience in Hotel Projects. He excels in managing sites, particularly Refurbishment Projects requiring careful planning to keep hotels operational. His expertise in Quality Control and Project Scheduling ensures efficient execution and top-quality results.

Ami Fernández

Communications & Concept Designer

Proficient in Spanish, English, Italian and Japanese, Ami has an extensive international background. She is a communications specialist skilled in concept and experience design, brand identity and marketing focused on the hotel design and management industry. She is also experienced in event management and public relationships.
